3D cars allow us to see what a car looks like inside and out before it has even been created on a production line. Although the first step in creating new concept cars is rough line sketches and renderings, once a concept car is deemed to be at least somewhat interesting, 3D cars are modeled and rendered to give a more realistic view of the car. Of course, 3D cars are also popular among hobbyists and designers who just enjoy visualizing new concept cars. Being able to render 3D cars realistically is a valuable skill for 3D artists.
